Medical Graphics

As a professional medical photographer, a sensitive, confidential photographic service is offered to record personal injury for litigation purpose, clinical photography used for pre and post treatment, for clinical records, medico-legal reasons, case history documentation, procedures and operative techniques.
Our photographer can photograph equipment and / or procedures and then combine these with your instructional text to create manuals, procedure cards or flip charts. For educational or promotional purposes, posters are big, bright and can be printed and laminated up to 118cm x 84cm. We also offer a "print only" service - printing from supplied PDF files.
Bring your typed text and images and we will prepare your presentation for you on disk or CD. We can scan images such as photographic prints, negatives, 35mm slides, x-rays onto computer disk or CD for insertion into your documents.
Brochures and flyers can be part of an affordable advertising strategy, or can be used for educational or promotional campaigns. We can tailor-make these to your requirements, and they can include photographs, diagrams and charts etc.
Medical Graphics houses a fully catalogued, by diagnosis, clinical slide library which contains over 700,000 images of a wide variety of medical conditions. Facilities include a fully equipped multi-camera studio and black-and-white dark room.
Videography
Our Videography section facilitates and consults on a wide range of digital video and audio production to support clinical services including:

Reprographics
Multimedia Services also provides a bulk photocopying service. Both black and white and colour copies can be produced in A4 and A3 sizes. The service can copy using digital technology and coil bind, staple booklets, machine fold for A4 to DL size and guillotine.
Venue Hire and Function Co-ordination
Multimedia Services manages venue hire and function co-ordination services for rooms on the complex. In association with this service catering, audio-visual support and special needs for functions can be organised.
An example includes our state-of-the-art facilities in the Des O'Callaghan Auditorium which boasts a 96 seat air-conditioned theatre style auditorium. It has videoconferencing and satellite broadcasting equipment, as well as audio visual equipment controlled by touch-screen technology.
